Hi
I am totally done with dealing with these people they are useless from mngt to staff. This is the story my mom a pensioner had a problem with her alarm last year i called them and they said the battery needs to be replaced and because it is a rented system there will be no charge. This was all done and sorted out. Suddenly this year they started sending my mom smses again demanding her to pay R800 for the battery or else they are going to send her to the lawyers. I have been contacting them via e-mail even went as far as phoning Cape Town and i was told that yes she was not suppose to pay because it is a rented system. I have told them to re-imburse her her R800 because they are cheating her. To date i have had no feedback from them and nobody wants to deal with this matter.
