TV License charged me R400 for 2012

In Jan 2013 I was contacted by attorneys stating my account is in arrears by R50. Cant understand why if I paid my renewal in 2012 according to my statement. They threatened credit beaureu update, and insisted that the money was due because I was already handed over and I have to pay. As usual try to get through the TV license call centre. FAIL. so I paid the R50. R250 and R50 p.o.p.was sent to the credit manager at TV license and the attorneys. Confirmation email received that all is clear. I went to Game stores to purchase a TV in April 2013 knowing very well that my TV license is up-to-date and paid for 2012.I was told I owe R50. Because its a Saturday I was told can only sort on Mond. I paid the R50 again so I could purchase. Full account sent to Reagan Counter from TV license. 6 emails sent to TV lic. and calls everyday for a refund of R100. no response. Read receipts are being applied so the emails are being read by TV lic but no response received for 2 weeks now. Payments made: R250 paid on the 10/10/2012 R50 paid on the 01/11/2012, 50 paid on the 27/04/2013 (system showed R50 still outstanding).what the are you people upto. you can demnd but wont pay when wrong
