R 1584.60 to come and replace a battery

The alarm at my office started giving problems and we phoned ADT to come and see what was wrong with their alarm system. Aparently the alarm does not work if the back up battery is run down or flat. The technical guys arrived and just swopped batteries... problem solved. Until I saw the bill..

Battery change R 1108.08.
These batteries can be bought from R 100.00 to R 175.00 depending where you buy them. Why overcharge a customer that have been with them for many years and have not one but 4 contracts for security with ADT
This is not on. I will be cancelling all my contracts and take my business to a company that actually cares about their customers and not ripping them off.
