In february i contacted adt to inform them of a technical fault on alarm system which i am renting from them. i distinctly asked the operator whether there will be any charges to which she replied NO, there will be no charge. 3months later my wifes account debited with R68 for repairs. i have made 4 calls to date to try and resolve the matter with a manager but have had no luck. i am still waiting for a manager to return my call. today i was put on hold for 15 minutes. maybe its their way of frustrating a customer in the hope that he will just go away. now is that service or what. been with them for several years now and think that it is time for change!
