After 127 phone calls here is where I stand awaiting my refund from your company to which I have had the most terrible service and the fact no one has the respect to even call back.
I was a customer of Top Security up to December when the contract ended, without notice from Top Security / Best Secure my details were given to your company to debt my account without my permission or the fact that I was not even a client of yours or TOP from December. I have been calling every day for the past 3 months to get the debt order stopped and my money back that has been taken from me for no reason. How would you feel if your money was taken every month???
I have to date paid for 5 months the amount of 330.00per month. I have been to, been told I have been paid, you will be paid on the 15th of the month, sorry payments only happen at month end, sorry you missed the payment run.
