My name is Selesley Whittaker i took out a loan with Atlas Finance on the 14/11/11 for the amount of R3000.00 my repayments was to be paid in 4 months with the amount of R1167.94, during the month of December they debited twice the amount and i went to the bank and reversed the one payment every since that time they did not make contact with me they did not debt the last 2 payments in march i made contact with them to get info on my account only to find out that the balance was R3220.00 i made arrangement to make payment monthly of R536.67 but due to my financial problem failed to do so, no contact was made from Atlas Finance but here comes my problem in June 2012 my payroll department received a document and it was a Garnish order for me for the amount of R11336.89 witch i had to repay them the amount of R1890.00 EVERY MONTH till the all the money is paid up, i need advice now for the month of November our payroll manager lets the company and the 2payment for November and December was note paid i have been calling them (ATLAS FINANCE) to ask for a detailed statement i have sent them an email till to date no response .i received a statement that is only dated until July
