Worst and most INSULTING service ever!

We have moved premesis and with that moved our alarm system.
Since then ADT is charging us double. Despite cancellation at old premesis.

Phoned ADT and explained the situation. They requested us to write to [Email Removed] and it will be promptly sorted out. We received an automated reply with ticket number. BUT NOTHING ELSE HAPPENED.

Emailed ADT 4 times, over 3 weeks. But NO reply whatsowever. (ironically to an "alwaysthere" email address) Buy now we had 4 ticket numbers wich we decided to email to our ADT sales rep directly. AGAIN NO RESPONSE from ADT whatsoever!

Phoned the ADT Joburg accounts department. Hoping they were more efficient than Cape Town. But we were passed around from operator back to the switchboard in typical hotline carousell while listening to recorded voices telling things about "valued customers" and "fantastic service"... Asked to be put through to management. Management was not available so a lady offered us that she will ask the manager to give us a call back. OBVIOUSLY NOTHING HAPPENED...

This is by FAR the worst and most INSULTING service we have ever received in South Africa!

DEAR ADT MANAGEMENT: A fish always rots from the head down.
