Service cancelled and you charge STILL

For 3 years we have had the worst service ever from you people.
Incompetence and epic fails all the time.

I have reached my limit of the BS you can sprew forth and excuses, etc.

on 5 April 2013 i emailed Muneera de Beer cancelling my "service" with the instruction to remove your rubbish from my vehicle asap so i can be done and rid of your appalling "service"

AND GUESS what? YOU STILL FRIGGN CHARGING ME FOR THE CANCELLED SERVICE.
WHAT PART OF TAKE YOUR STUFF AND HIT THE ROAD DID MIX NOT GET
WHY AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN DO I HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF.

I SENT A CLEAR INSTRUCTION TO CANCEL.
YOUR CHARGING ME FOR A CANCELLED SERVICE IS .
YOU AHVE 24 HOURS TO REMEDY THIS BEFORE I PROCEED LEGALLY BECAUSE I AM SICK OF YOUR ATTITUDES AND UTTER INCOMPETENCE.
ASKING NICELY DOES NOT APPEAR TO HELP
