Change of keyholder information

In March I contacted the ADT control room to request that my keyholder information on their system be changed. This is the detail of the person (s) that should be contacted in case of emergency. The operator said it will be done immediately. After 10 days is still wasn't done.

In May I had the same request - it wasn't done.

On 14 May I send a email with a complaint via the customer service dept, but I still haven't received a reply.

Previously I was told the control room sends an email to customer service, but due to the backlog it takes a long time to be handled. So, I was told to phone the customer service. They said they do the update immediately, but it wasn't done.

Today I spoke to consultant again at customer service. For the first time I was informed that I should send a email with my request. But, because of the weather, there is a big backlog and they can't say when it will be processed. Apparently they are not allowed to update it directly on the system if someone phones. I phoned again and the consultant said it can be done.

Now, I would like to know 'WHAT IS GOING ON?!!! '
It is ridiculous that info can't be changed immediately. This is extremely bad service!!!
