I paid the balance of R4, 310.00 on the 4/09/2013 at Makro Germiston and when I logged on into Transunion on 17/09/2013 I noted that I still have a balance reflecting on my bureau report. I called customer service to query the incorrect status and I was informed by the consultant that the updates are only done monthly i.e. last day of the month - 30th or the 31st. I pulled the new report today to my astonishment the balance of R4, 310.00 still reflects on my bureau report. I phoned the customer service to query the status and I was informed by consultant (UDO) that Admin Dept. has sent the request and it's Transunion error, based on his information I requested UDO to email the evidence and he changed the statement and said the Admin Dept. did not send the update to relevant bureau services & he"ll send the request. He transferred me to the Admin Dept and I was on hold for half an hour... I DEMAND MAKRO TO SEND THE REQUEST TO RELEVANT BUREAU SERVICES (EXPERIAN, TRANSUNION, XDS etc... NOW TO UPDATE MY PAYMENT STATUS & MAKRO MUST COPY ME OR EMAIL THE PROOF OF THE REQUEST SENT TO BUREAU SERVICES AS THIS AFFECTED ME ON THE RECENT APPLICATION. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE
