On 4 March 2012 I called customer care to request copies of itemized bills for the past 6 months. I was asked to email my ID to [Email Removed] which I did. I received an email requesting my bank, address and ID confirmation. I responded by saying I wasn't comfortable sending this information on email and that the call centre had confirmed the information that morning. I followed up this morning only to find out the request hadn't been processed. I was told to fax my ID and a request letter to 0860 082 082 This number just rings. After waiting for 28 minutes for a call centre agent, I am no further on with this query. I urgently require this information but am receving NO ASSISTANCE whatsoever. This complete lack of asssitance and incompetence has convinced me to migrate both numbers back to MTN once the contracts are up. It can't be soon enough.
