No ice cream in summer!

After my debit order bouncing 2 times, and it costing me more for the bounced debit order than the actual debit order, I was handed over to the attorneys. After paying the R244 outstanding amount, all of a sudden the debit order was reinstated the next month. Now a few months down the line I have to pay another R244. Who gives Netstar the right to just reinstate a debit order?
