Tracker Contract Cancellation

My name is Ndizwanga Ndou

Am having a problem with Tracker, I got a call from them that they want to offer me a contract and they didn't even mention the contract will be for 3 years and I think I was not going to take the contract at all if it's bind me for those 3 years so what happened now is that, am selling my car and the new owner down't want the tracker on the car. I called tracker today to cancel the contract which I didn't sign, didn't even receive any document from them it was an conversation via telephonic and they never mention it is a 3 years contract.. they are refusing to cancel my contract, I can't pay something that am not using and I don't want my car anymore. i won't have a problem If they can freeze my account till I buy a new car so they can activate but the problem am not sure when am going to buy a new car so I want the contract to be freeze or cancel and they are refusing. Truly specking, they know that they don't mentioned 3 years contract to us.

ONTOP OF THAT, THEY CAN'T TRACE MY CAR AT ALL
