Urgent installation due to break in

On Friday 3 May there was a break in at my neighbour's house. My alarm went off as well, but the ADT response officer went to the wrong house initially so whoever was in my property got away.
On Sunday 5 May I found out that the burglars were in my property as well, climbing over the blade wire from my neighbour's using a wheelie bin. Something scared them off but they left a screwdriver and knife inside my property.
On Monday 6 May I logged an urgent service request to have additional outside beams installed where they climbed over the fence. I was given Francois Heunis' contact details. I called him immediately on Monday afternoon for the quote. He only sent me the quote late on Tuesday evening after a number of calls from me.
I paid the full amount first thing on Wednesday. Since then I have heard nothing from Francois, and all attempts to contact him has failed. I also logged a complaint with ADT control room on Thursday, and again on Saturday, but have had no reply from anyone at ADT.
I am very upset that ADT is not taking into consideration that my families' safety is at stake. Do we have to wait for them to actually break in and kill us before they do something?!?
