Poor Response Upon Alarm Activation

On the 10.05.13, at about 23h.10, there was an intruder on my premises. The alarm was activated and there was no repsonse from any of ADT patrol vehicles despite requesting repsonse from the lady on the phone.
After several calls to ADT, a repsonse vehicle was despatched and pitched up at the premises just after midnight. This is the second occurrence of this nature in one month. This is what i describe as disgusting service. Anyone at home could have got killed before help came through from ADT. Due to this i have cancelled my contract with ADT and looking for a more reliable security company to service me.
