PHILLIP BOTHA - AFRITEC - Poor quality Workmanship

Phillip installed our electrical for our home. This was the 1st and 2nd fixes for the entire house. We had endless problems with Phillip during and after the contract.
The fixtures were of a VERY Cheap quality which broke after 3 months of being installed. We suspect Phillip imports his material from China which have no guarantees. All the fixtures installed had to be replaced in 3 months.
The cabling installed outside was done with out conduits and to make it worse not the correct external cabling. This too was replaced.
He installed a DB Box in our garage for the outbuilding but never installed the outbuilding cables. He charged us for this cables.
All the work done by Phillip had to be redone due to his incompetence.

I suggest NOT using Phillip for any electrical works, you will end up having to redo all of it.
