Bad Service Wedding Planner - Phillip Theophilus

I got married on the 10th of Aug 2013. I was referred to Phillip Theophilus by our videographer. Prior to signing his contract and paying a deposit he contacted me several times a day promising to deliver all i require but once the contract was signed and deposit paid he gave me endless problems even till now. The are various aspects of my wedding that he didnt provide what he signed for and i cant go into detail because of space on this site but 1 very big problem for me was my wedding cake. i went to the extent of drawing up an spreadsheet for Phillip with explanations and pictures for him to use so he cant go wrong and he still did. The cake looked horrific and tasted disgusting. An elderly family member ate a piece and found an office pin in this cake. I contacted Phillip Theophilus for a refund but he promises to respond and 8 days later he has not provided feedback. He handled only the decor and cake of my wedding and what he promised was not the same on the day. The night before my wedding, he catered and the food which i paid for in full was more then 50% short. Only 40 guests attended and the food was finished. If all 80 guests attended then the food would have been short.
