ARROGANT & TOTAL DISREGARD TOWARDS HIS JOB

On the 24/06/2013 at around 19:30PM I had the unfortunate experience in dealing with one of your staff members Phillip based at the Cypress Complex in Randburg. I approached the main gate and gave Phillip my Name and unit number that I am visiting. Phillip opened the window of the guard house about 5 centimetres therefore he could not hear what my name and unit number I was visiting was. I requested him to open the window so he could hear me clearly but he blatently refused saying that he can hear me fine, after telling him the unit number and my name 3 times and him confidently confirming he can hear me through the little gap in the window he still confirms the wrong unit number. I then advised him to please open the window so he can hear me Phillip then got arrogant and wanted to start a fight with me.

I dont think someone of this nature should be placed at an entry point of any place he works at, as he does not have the right customer skills to go about his duties. He was either feeling too cold or too lazy to open the window or care about listening to me.

I would suggest SECURITAS retrain this staff member as he is definately not displaying the right conduct.
