Poor service leads to our house being auctioned

Business & Finance

In 2010 we had to go under debt review due to my husband not having a job, we were never advised that we must pay 70% of our instalment by the debt counsellor, we continued paying an amount to the debt counsellor, than we changed debt counsellor's & FNB advised that they will not accept the new proposal, we had to pay them the normal instalment which we could not afford, we than received a call from Phillip Louw advising us that we must pay R100 000.00 on the bond account if we dont want the house to be auctioned my husband went to FNB's office to see this guy & he said we must pay R30 000 to stop the auction & thereafter R8500 pm which we paid but we could not afford this than we put the house on the market, we requested a settlement from Phillip & he kept on saying that we still owe FNB R560 000 we tried selling our house to no avail because of incorrect info from Phillip, our house went for auction on friday the 15th of march to come find we only had to pay R325 000 to FNB to get the house settled, a judgement has been taken against us without no communucation, FNB logo how can we help you, please change it because FNB us, Phillip Louw what you do to others will comeback
