Call Centre is useless

I have called ADT call centre on three occassions and on all these occassions, the agent just hung up or sent me back to holding queue without helping me. When they dont understand the query they just drop the call on you without helping. Both the sales and technical divisions have been giving us grief after spending about 40min on the line. We have just signed a contract with them terrible mistake of our lives. My mom hates ADT and has warned not to join, I insisted and now will make sure no one else does. Annoying service..
