One week later no one has phoned or spoken to me?

ADT on the 6 of May 2013, you replied saying someone would phone me that day. No one has phoned me ever since? What is going on? In the meantime you keep adding for service and we just have to pay? No service is delivered? No response? Nothing?
Poor service!!!
