As the previous complainant indicated they deliberately force you to have a technician onsite to program a seemingly simple procedure. I also logged a call for a supervisor to call me with regards to why they would charge me R480 for a alarm on-off beep deactivation. What happens when they take over your alarm they re-programme your keypad installer code, the code you need to re-programme such options. It was never their alarm to start with. Why do I have to pay for something that could be explained to me over the phone, I got the manual. ADT you are ripping people off. There is much good I can do with the R332 I pay!
