Being harrased and threatened

3 weeks ago I received a telephone call from ITC informing me that Lancet Laboratories had handed me over due to an outstanding amount of R196.70 dating back to 2012. This was the first I had heard of the outstanding amount and I requested the details. I was told i would be e-mailed the details. I received nothing. I then received a letter in the post (at the begining of April) dated the 22 February 2013 stating that I had not met my obligations and ignored their previous correspondence... Other than the phone call 3 weeks ago, I had not received anything else. In this letter I was told that they would sell off my assets of deduct the amount from my salary if I did not pay immediately. I then proceeded to pay the amount and email the proof of payment to [Email Removed] as requested. Since then I receive about 3 calls a week still threatening me about the outstanding payment even though it has been paid. I would like to know why I am still being harrased and why I have never received anything from Lancet themselves regarding this matte
