I received an invoice of R899 from ADT, Tshepo Ramazala explained on 13 February 2013 that it was for a call out fee, I then explained that this was a mistake as the unit installed had never worked, that is why a technician was called in every week to fix it, he then said he will investigate and get back to me, he requested that I send him proof and info of what happened and he'll take it up with his team leader. The proof was forwarded to him the very same day. I then heard nothing from him until he called me on the 28th asking me if the outstanding amount should be deducted from my account, I explained to him that while investigations were taking place, he should only deduct my normal monthly instalment. Despite this, an amount of R741 was deducted from my account. I then send him an email to find out what the amount was for and then he called me to ask me again when i was going to settle the balance??? he then said his team leader was in a meeting and would call me the same day, which he didn't. To even irritate me further an amount of R54.50 was deducted again on the 19 April with no explanation. Can someone contact me and advise as to what is going on?
