I hereby complain about MTN i had a cellphone contract with them, which i missed a payment and they handed me over to their attorneys (MOLOGADI ATTORNEYS) for colletion, I made an arrangement with them for payment to keep my account up to date, they were debiting my account evvery 25th of the month, and i had an issue with my account which debit orders wouldn't go through, on that period i did EFT's to them to keep the payments up o date.after that they called claiming they never received the payments, and asked that i send proofs of payment which i did, and they aknowledged that they will fix the account and the listing. later on they changed saying they can't help me cause the account has already been handed over.
