I Avishkar Singh ID No 800902 5171 086 have called in to cancel my DSTV account on the 27 of December as instructed by an agent when I called early in November.

My debit order did run off my account before I could cancel the package on the 27 December and logic would tell you that the amount paid should be returned to my account but I was informed by the consultant that the money will not be refunded as I cancelled late (I called late because I was told to by a agent when I called in November)

In my opinion this is as I paid for the month of January but the account was cancelled on the 27 December. I do expect a full refund for the month of January and wait for your urgent feedback.
