6 PHONE CALLS LATER AND NO RESOLUTION!

In December I phoned MC to advise that I would not require a service as of 1 January. I was told to phone nearer month end to cancel debit order. I phoned again on 23/12 and was told it was too soon and that I must phone on 27/12. I phoned on 27/12 and advised the agent that I did not need my service for January and February and that my debit order must be cancelled. He told me he would disconnect the service immediately. I told him I did not want it disconnected immediately - I was only moving on 30/12 and surely had paid for the whole month. He agreed to cancel on 30 or 31 December. On 2/1Multichoice processed my stop order! On 3/1 I called to complain and was told that although the agent had captured an activity, he had not processed the cancellation and that my service was still active. I told the agent to listen to the call, and she told me that they would do so and that "if you are correct, we will refund you". I asked her when she will let me know and was told that she would get back to me within an hour. That was Friday 09h15. Next call was Monday and as of today, still unresolved. I have not used the service since 29/12 - why is this taking so long to resolve?
