I am very dissapointed at the service I am receiving at Multichoice, i had a debit order for my subscription, and I was told by the agent that I will get a discount of R100 if I link a debit then I agree to link a debit order, for this month subscription I received an sms saying that I need to pay R275.00 and when I query that with the customer service I was told that I need to pay back the discounted I was given otherwise the service will be cut, as for Thabsile so called supervisor she doesn't have customer service skills. I feel she was rude by saying that when we gave you the R100 why you ddnt query then, nobody told me (in advance) that if your debit order is rejected then your service will be cut, ...:I need to pay my account, Can someone at Multichoice sort out the R100 story ASAP... I never cancelled the debit order I always put money in my account for my debit order to go trough.
