Discount for debit order payment

Last week I was told that if I re-instated my debit order with Multichoice I would get a R100 off my first payment. that did not happen and when I phoned the call centre the guy (Brian) said bcause I have a mobile tv I only qualify for R2 discount.

The lady I spoke to was fully aware that I have a walker but she did not mention this as one of the conditions.
