I had ordered an item approximately 2 months ago, needless to say it is out of stock and has not been delivered. i have called in on numerous occasions to enquire about said stock issues and expected delivery time. on each enquiry i am told they will contact the supplier and call me back as soon as they have feedback, trouble is that this has occurred more times then i care to mention.

my previous call the sales agent was very persuasive and adamant that she could rectify the situation so that i do not process a refund, however with no contact to date i am furious and demand a refund, at this point getting the item from so music does not interest me, i want my refund and will make every effort to advise all those i had previously mentioned So-Music against using their services, this is quite simply put, UNACCEPTABLE!!
