Groupon delivers faulty products late

On 2 September I called the Groupon call centre to query the delivery of an item I had ordered three weeks prior. I ordered a Lego inspired music player. Lushane October assisted me by escalating the query and my delivery arrived on the next day. I opened the item immediately following the delivery only to realize it was damaged - the music I had loaded on the enclosed SD card was scrambled when listening to it on the music player (it worked perfectly fine on my computer where I loaded it from). I immediately made contact with Lushane to advise that the product was faulty. I emailed Lushane on 3 September, 8 September, 12 September and again on 16 September with absolutely no response. It pains me to think that I will get a response to this public complaint when on NUMEROUS occasions I have tried to contact Groupon on your own communications platform but to no avail.
This is not my first complaint directed at Groupon and I have now take the stand to no longer purchase Groupon deals! Your service as rapidly deteriorated and there is no accountability for this terrible lack of service!!!
I demand a refund on my item purchased!
Disgruntled for the last time!
