Competition winner but on price

At the end of April I received a call from GQ Magazine to advise me that I have won 2 bottles of Cruz Vintage Back Vodka. Thank you for the price! But the only problem I have is that I never received anything and every time I call your office I get told to wait 6 weeks for the shipment to arrive in South Africa but it is now 6 months later. Just a question, is this boat on a world trip before it docks in South Africa?
