I visitied Multichoice on Monday 8 April to collect the various options of DSTV. Me and my husband decided on the DSTV SELECT 2 package. (He gave it to me for my birthday!) I phoned and spoke to Xolani. He took all our details (telephone address ID NO. ) and specifically told me that I have to do nothing - they will contact me within 3 working days. Nothing happened for 2 weeks. Then we spoke to Nora, - the same story. Then I spoke to another person who also said they will come back. The next person told me we have to come in and purchase the decoder and then they will come to install etc.. When we went there this morning (24 April) they told us the packages have changed and we can only now receive the DSTV Family package. As we want KYK NET we have to be satisfied with KYK NET en Kie now, ONLY because being given the wrong information by the people who served us. I tried to speak to a more senior person at Multichoice this morning but to no avail. They just said the packages have changes - so be it!!! We have connected now but is VERY dissatisfied with the sevice and we have to be satisfied with a lesser option which does not satisfy our needs as pensionars.
