Our decoder broke. Took it to Multichoice, they assessed it, results-we must buy a new 1.Also they informed us we have to get a new simcard as the old one won't work on any other decoders. While we saved up for the new decoder, we requested to disconnect the service to help us save whil we can't watch DSTV.So when we bought the decoder, we were told our package, DSTV Select doesn't exist anylonger.please note we were not informed of that excuse before we temporarily disconnected. We were left no choice but to take Family package. We queried it with DSTV via facebook 4 days ago, then they told us we have the option to keep Select package, but do have the option to choose family. each time we are following up for assistance to change it back, we get comments stating they'll send it up to management for urgent attention. Still waiting, no feedbak, no action. While I must watch a worse package and pay for it. I want action now.
