I requested a disconnection of my account at the end of October. I was phoned by their creditors telling me that I owed R190, 00. I was very unhappy with the situation but paid the amount nonetheless. I phoned the lady again and she said tht she made a mistake and that I was only meant to pay R119, 00 and thus had R70, 00 in my account. Now, a few moths after,
I try and reconnect, I am told that I owe and amount of R100 odd rand??? / I say (again!!) fine, Ill pay it, just switch my dstv on. After telling me twice that she cannot do it, I ask to speak to her superviser. I advised her that I am on my cellphone and that they can call me back. Her answer was, no I cannot return your call. I said fine, just call the superviser. After a few minuets, the superviser gets on saying that the last recorded conversation was in March??? She said that she will phone me back in a few minutes (after her call centre girl told me that they cannot phone out). An hour later, no phonecall... Great service guys!!!
