Shocking service from DSTV

I really did not expect such a small query take ages to resolve and to be given such poor service from DSTV.
I called in on Monday 14 January 2013 @ around 11am (call took close to an hour for my query to be resolved or so I thought).
I spoke to a lady by the name of Bahle to try and resolve the small query that i had. She completely did not understand the reason for my call and finally had to request to speak to an also incompetent superviser (did not take her name). Whilst explaining myself she placed me on mute (call-centre style to swear at clients) and when I asked her she became defensive.
The call ended with an agreement that a refund was to be done on the account and she assured me that it had been processed/approved and that i had to wait 7days which was not an issue to me. i called back on 2013/01/18 just to confirm on the refund and the lady that I spoke to advised that it had not been done (I was appalled to say the least) and journalised it (their lingo for POOR SERVICE).
i have just called again 2013/01/23 and spoke to Busisiwe who was not empathetic to my situation as she hurriedly wanted to get me off the phone. DSTV you are a monopoly in SA, but BAD SERVICE!!!
