DSTV dont do call backs

Due to financial reasons we could not afford DSTV for the month of January, February and a part of March 2013. In the middle of March a lady from Multichoice phoned me an gave me a amount to pay when I am ready to make a payment! So by the middle of March I made a payment, then phoned Multichoice to reconnect. I spoke to a gentlemen and he reconnected me whitout informing me at that stage that there was acctually still a amount outstanding since January. In the first place why was I reconnected if i still owed anything? And why was I not informed? Ok so maby there was a misunderstanding! Then I phoned in the beginning of April to again confirm my payment due which in my mind was only the next installment due of R730! So to try and sort out this problem I spoke to a manager Shawane Kekane who promised she will listen to my recorded conversations and come back to me, well I am still waiting!!! Then on 13 April 2013 I phone back and spoke to Phahanyane Masoeu who promised me again sending me emails and he will sort this account out! Still waiting!!! Phoned again today 8 May 2013 a month later!!! They will phone me back!!! Sould I hold my breath?
