I had called DSTV box office on the 22 jan at 19:02 and spoke to Nombulelo to get assistance in viewing a movie we had purchased a few days before. I was under the assumption that the movie expired an hour later at 8pm. I was unable to view it and since it was my 2nd purchase I thought I was doing something wrong. The agent was sleepy on the call and did not understand my query. I tried telling her that I cant access it but rather than tell me that the movie expired she asked me to click on rent now and give her the code, I assumed this was to activate it under what we hired already. She at no point told me that I am rehiring the movie or that the movie I queried had expired. I then called back when my husband received the sms. I asked for a superviser and Refilwe came on the line. I was promised a callback by today-none received and the call was supposed to be pulled and listened to. This is disgustisng service from a superviser on top of an incompetant agent. So I paid R50 for a movie which although rehired I never completed viewing due to my terrible service. I asked to be refunded!!!
