Waste of time!

Ive had a problem with my secondary tv for over a month now. I have called the call centre four times, after making me hold for what felt like forever, I get through to someone that doesnt seem to know what they talking about or how to help me. So I go to Multichoice, I went three times and they dont seem to listen very well, the first time the person helping me was rude and didnt do anything at all to sort out the problem. Second and third time those 2 people thought they helped but when Id get home, no difference. They have wasted my time, petrol and airtime and today my problem still isnt fixed so I dont know what im paying for every month. The staff is all incompetent and Multichoice needs to pull up their socks before they lose alot of customers.
