I called Multichoice as my DSTV has miraculously lost signal and i dont know how to repair it.; i called and speak to Ithumeleng in the call centre who then can hardly articulate properly in english and then gives me 3 different numbers to sms my deatils to. this was a complete waste of my time as i didnt not get any solution. he could not even refer me to an installer to come help me with my problem. i pay for a subscription and service everything and have got nothing back!! im extremely disgruntled with this service from multichoice. i have been without TV for 3 days and now still i have no solution. could someone competent kindly call me back with a way to fix my problem. thank you Tasneem Koopman
