I have an older model decoder, but this should not be a problem... I pay for the FULL supscription on my DSTV but I can hardly watch any channels as the decoder gives me a menu13 or you are not enabled to view this channel error. I have phoned the call centre multiple times, where I am on hold for hours using up all my airtime just to be cut off by the person that eventualy answered the phone. I also went to the new multichoice office in fairyglen where I explained this. they stated that the problem is fixed, upon my return to my house the problem was not fixed... I have been paying FULL subrcription but only geting HALF the value. so not only am I loosing my money I am also waisting my time.
