My subscription was due on 28 Dec 2012 and was paid on 29 Dec 2012 at Shoprite Delmas (service provider to Multichoice). On 31 Dec 2012 my service was suspended and I contacted the call centre (Sipho) who confirmed that they received payment on 31 Dec 2012 but they still suspend my service and I have to pay R100 for re-connection. How on earth do you suspend a service if you received payment. Sending e-mails to Multichoice doesn't help because you do noy get any feedback.
