I HANDED IN MY DSTV DECODER FOR REPAIRS. THE LADY THEN TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 4 TO 7 DAYS TO REPAIR!! I ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT AS I HAVE INSURANCE ON THE DEVICE.
SHE THEN INFORMED ME THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANY STOCK. I PHONED 0112892222 AND WAS TOLD BY CALL AGENT NOMPUMELELO THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE STOCK.. I PHONED BACK THE AGENT AND ASKED IF THEY CANNOT BRING A DECODER WHEN THEY HAND MINE IN AT RANDBURG.
SHE SAID NO I HAVE TO WAIT TILL IT IS FIXED.
