Poor Service

I phoned Checkers Hyper in Centurion Mall to enquire about the availability of an DSTV HD PVR decoder which they are currently advertising at R1299.99. I spoke to a lady at Customer services who did not understand English and could not give me her name. After slowly explaining to her that I wanted to know if they have the PVR decoder in stock she told me to hold on and several minutes later came back and informed me that I could buy a TOPTV decoder. I again explained that I wanted a DSTV HD PVR decoder. I was told to hold on again and after several minutes she told me that they did not have stock. I asked if she could order me one and when I could come and collect it. She battled to take down my details and eventually got Ernest and my number noted somewhere. I again asked when the Decoder would be in store and she said maybe in a week or so but that she would phone me. I have in the past left my details in store for several other items for which I was never phoned... So what are the chances of her phoning?
