No stock of my model PVr why am i paying insurance

On 2013-07-25 i went to the dstv brance at princess crossing in roodepoort, with decoder problems the decoder keeps rebooting, and doesnt record programs, the technician told me that there is something wrong with the hard drive when it soesnt recorcd. The sales agent named Cee cee told me that they wil exchange it but i must wait 7 days because they dont have stock and dont get stock of my pvr!! so she said i must go to Randburg i already drove 40 km to get to princess crossing now i must drive another^60 km just because they dont get stock why am i paying the insurance money every month if i have to batle like this i ask her if she can borrow me a decoder while they fix mine up and she said no. im going to cancel my incurance because now i still have not been helped
