Infuriated with M-Net service or lack thereof!!
Have had an error code for the last week alternating between E3 and E4. Numerous calls placed to service centre...
Tried logging calls from home via my mobile number - firstly the call is vetted through on automative sytem which eats into your airtime - then you are placed on hold while you are no 40 in the queue, then you get a call centre operative. Corrective procedures instructed failed - then put on hold while they check with a supervisor, next round instructions also not successful - then a last ditch attempt they tell you to take the decoder into a service agent. 27 minutes later at a call rate of R2.76 a minut I'm left more infuraited than when I started and still no M-net service. There is nothing wrong with the decoder because there are golden momnets (no longer than 60minutes at a strectch) where you do miraculously have cover and see an unscrambled pic. Eventually i was so frustrated that I ended up cancelling the service. I'm appalled at the lack of support service from the call centre adn how on earth could there be a technical difficulty for a WEEK.
Feeling ripped off... and very frustrtaed.
