M-Net service failure - apathetic call service

I have the M-Net terrestrial service (or should I say had) and got so fed up on Saturday that I cancelled the contract. For more than a week now the decocder has been displaying an E3 error which alternates with an E4 error. I have called the service centre on numerous occassions (0112892222) from both my mobile and landlne at work. On the several occassion I called from home on my mobile... you are fielded through an automative system, which kinldy eats it's way though your airtime, then you are asked to reconfirm your whole pedigree before they are able to assist you. And this ahppens every time you are lucky to eventually speek to an attendent. The call centre operative tries to assist you but to no avail - puts you on hold to speka to a supervisor and is still not able to assit - 20 minutes later at a call cost of R2.76 a minute this is enough to infuriate you. Try doing this daily for the last 7 days - with still no service!! Yet a debit order promptly relievs you of the monthly fee!! Do you suppose M-Net will will refund my subscription, or refund my mobile account for the tedious call centre "service" or non service!!!
