Faulty decoder not ready in specified 7 days

On Wednesday, 3 April i sent my decoder for a check at the umlazi megacity multichoice branch. The centre itself was disorderly.nobody was directing the customers to the relevant ques. I stood in a que for close to 2hrs. When i reached the front i was attended by Mr Mungwe. He told me that my decoder was faulty and that i would need a REPLACEMENT UNIT. I fortunately do have insurance and i expected to be given another unit. Mr Mungwe then told me that they don't have Any replacement units and that i must drive to umhlanga branch, which is a 90kilometre return trip, where i shall be given a replacement unit. the megacity branch does not keep replacement units but it services the whole of umlazi and surrounding areas. I told Mr Mungwe that on principle that i am insured and have no outstanding arrears with multichoice, why don't they courier a reolacement decoder to umlazi branch? he said that will not happen. i then waited for 7 working days.
today, the 15th of April, i went to the umlazi branch to collect my decoder, after waiting more than 7days and i was told by Mr Mungwe that i have to wait a further 1hr30 before collection. asked for a supervisor and he said HE'S IN CHARGE.
