I have just experienced the most disgusting service and feel obliged to post my experience as a matter of principle and also in an attempt to spare other unfortunate customers the same ordeal.

Naturally the test cricket is on.

My mobile device is connected to my tablet, however there is a "E100-4" error code and no service.

I called Multichoice and they referred me to the mobile department. I was provided with their number (011 289 2207). I duly called and waited for 17 minutes. I hung up and tried again, this time staying on the line for 12 minutes before giving up.

I then called Multichoice at their head offices again. I explained the situation and asked to please be put through to a technician who could assist me. I was then told to call the general call centre on 011 289 2222. Over 2 hours and an excessive phone bill later i have still not been assisted. According to them they have no record of problems with their mobile call centre (clearly i am either a or delusional)

The best part was that when i requested that someone contact me and tried to lodge a complaint, i was informed that they could not do so as they are not the mobile department. I am stunned.
