Illed for an de-activated account!

DSTV has billed me for an account that I had de-activated! i have 2 accounts with them, I disconnected 1 because I was not using it. in Dec i was billed for both my accounts when only 1 was active. now they have suspended the services of my decoder until I make a payment of both the decoders. the other one was never active and I dont know why I have to pay for something that was not active. When i went to the Mega city Umlazi branch i was told that i should pay only R212.00 which i did and asked for any outstanding amounts they said none, now my account is suspended!
